Perform (possibly lossy) compression on the ADΔER stream, and arithmetic coding

RawOutput(RawOutput<W>)

Write the ADΔER stream as raw events

EmptyOutput(EmptyOutput<Sink>)

An empty output stream. Send all the data into the void.
