Expand description

Native watcher failures that are not recoverable through a baseline rescan.

Variants§

§

InvalidOptions

Queue or volume bounds are invalid.

§

RootIsNotDirectory

Watch root is not a directory.

§

SymbolicLinkDirectory

A demanded directory traverses a symbolic link and cannot be mapped back to one exact namespace path.

§

ObservedPathNotDirectory

A demanded observer path is not a directory.

§

UnrepresentablePath

A demanded namespace path cannot be represented exactly on this host.

§

RootChanged

A separately opened capture root does not match the watched directory.

§

Io(String)

Root path I/O failed.

§

Backend(String)

Native backend setup failed.

§

StatePoisoned

Watcher state synchronization was poisoned.

§

RescanAlreadyInProgress

A baseline scan is already active.

§

NoRescanInProgress

No baseline scan is active.

§

RescanInProgress

Polling while a baseline is being built is ambiguous.

§

ZeroPollLimit

Poll output must have a positive bound.

§

SequenceExhausted

Process-local cursor arithmetic overflowed.

§

AllocationFailed

Bounded output allocation failed.

§

Cancelled(CancellationError)

Polling was cooperatively cancelled.

§

Work(WorkError)

Exact work overflowed or exceeded the admitted budget.
