pub struct CapToken(pub u128);

A capability id carried by an error or diagnostic.

The raw 128 bits stay in memory so the kernel can look the id up, but every formatting path prints a correlation id. An error log therefore cannot be replayed as authority (I-3, I-4, H2.18).
