Expand description

The filters and page window Order::search applies.

Every field is optional except the window, and an absent filter imposes no constraint — so OrderQuery { limit, offset, .. } alone is “the newest page across every endpoint”.

Rows per page. The caller clamps this (admin.page_size_max); this layer takes what it is given.
