The certificate that has taken an expiring one’s place, and how that was established.
via is carried rather than inferred because the two signals do not mean
the same thing to an operator: replaces is the client saying it renewed
(RFC 9773 §5, exact but only from clients that send one), where
identifiers is this server noticing a later certificate covering the same
names — a good inference, and still an inference.
