One database transaction, handed out by Database::transaction.

A wrapper rather than sqlx::Transaction itself, so the pool it is drawn from stays this crate’s business: a caller outside it can open a transaction without being able to reach the pool. It derefs to the connection, so tx.conn() is what every table method taking an executor or a &mut SqliteConnection is handed. Dropped without Tx::commit, it rolls back — sqlx’s own rule, unchanged.

The connection underneath, for a statement to run on.

Replaces the Deref this used to carry: the target was SqliteConnection, which is exactly the dialect this enum exists to stop naming. tx.conn() is what tx.conn() used to be.
