The three sockets a process may be handed, already bound.

A struct rather than three positional Option<TcpListener> parameters, the ProfileParts and tests/reload.rs::Sockets convention: they are the same shape, so a caller swapping two would still compile, in a function whose whole subject is which socket answers what.

Every field is optional because a role this process does not run holds no socket — and admin and metrics were already optional for their own enabled keys.
