Policy(String)

The password did not satisfy password::check_password_policy. The string is the operator-facing reason.

DuplicateUsername(String)

A user by that name already exists. Caught before the INSERT so the operator reads a sentence rather than a UNIQUE violation.

InvalidContact(String)

A contact address that does not parse as a mailbox.
