The three key statuses (§8.2). A keyless key ends in one of them or fails closed; there is no fourth.

Variants

CurrentlyAuthorized

The controller still lists the identity.

HistoricallyAuthorized

Receipt-attested: the controller has since removed the identity.

HistoricallyAuthorizedPreCompromise

Pre-compromise, receipt-attested: a revocation names the key and the receipt places the signature before compromised_since.
