ProvenLifecycle

Struct ProvenLifecycle

Source
pub struct ProvenLifecycle<'a> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Proof that a producer LifecycleEvent passed RFC-ACDP-0013 §6 steps 1–3 — visibility, event validation and endpoint binding, actor authentication, and the §5 signature verification — but nothing has been persisted yet. The lifecycle counterpart of Proven.

Produced only by a successful RegistryServer::prove_lifecycle_identity / RegistryServer::prove_lifecycle_identity_did_key call (no public constructor) and consumed by RegistryServer::commit_lifecycle_proven. Proving deliberately does not check the strict retracted/republished alternation: only the store’s locked check inside RegistryStore::commit_lifecycle_event is authoritative, so a token never certifies that its transition will still be legal at commit time.

Not Clone — a move-only, “prove once, commit once” value:

ⓘ
fn assert_clone<T: Clone>() {}
assert_clone::<acdp_server::registry::ProvenLifecycle<'static>>();

Implementations§

Source§

impl<'a> ProvenLifecycle<'a>

Source

pub fn event(&self) -> &LifecycleEvent

The event this proof was established for.

Source

pub fn endpoint(&self) -> LifecycleEndpoint

The endpoint the event was proved against.

Source

pub fn actor(&self) -> &AgentDid

The authenticated actor — always the context’s producer (agent_id, §6 step 3). The key to charge a per-producer rate limit against.
