#[non_exhaustive]pub enum CannotVerifyReason {
ReceiptAbsent,
ReceiptInvalid,
ReceiptNotVerified,
}Expand description
Why a served inclusion proof could not be checked (spec #78 L1, RFC-ACDP-0012 §9.1 step 1). Each names the receipt state, which is reported in full by the receipt verdict.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
ReceiptAbsent
The response carried no registry_receipt.
ReceiptInvalid
A registry_receipt was served and failed RFC-ACDP-0010 §8
verification. The failure itself is
VerifiedContext::receipt_verdict.
ReceiptNotVerified
A registry_receipt was served but not verified, because
VerificationPolicy::receipts
is ReceiptPolicy::Ignore.
