#[non_exhaustive]pub enum WitnessEnforcement {
Report,
RequireQuorum,
RequireFreshQuorum,
}Expand description
When a witness-quorum shortfall fails verification (RFC-ACDP-0015 §8.1).
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Report
Report the quorum and never fail on it.
RequireQuorum
Fail unless min_witnesses distinct trusted witnesses cosigned the
checkpoint. This is the split-view and anti-rewrite use, where a
cosignature never expires.
RequireFreshQuorum
Fail unless min_witnesses of those cosignatures are also within
max_age_seconds. Use it for decisions that depend on the
checkpoint being current (§8.1).
