The phase-aware filter for libkrun’s C-init console preamble.

C-init emits a small, fixed set of diagnostics before calling execvp. stdout and stderr must share one instance: the execvp(...) starting line can arrive on either stream and permanently ends filtering for both. Once that sentinel has been observed, every subsequent line is workload output, even if it has the same text as a preamble line.
