Deliberately not #[non_exhaustive], unlike the protocol enums that track the evolving A2A specification: the OpenAPI 3.x security model this type mirrors defines exactly these three in locations, so consumers may rely on matching them exhaustively. A fourth location would be a breaking revision of the upstream security model, warranting a major bump here too.
