How a handler is selected for an agent.

The typed replacement for the stringly-typed agent.implementation. When absent, the legacy agent.implementation field is honoured, so existing configs keep working unchanged.

type: HandlerType

Built-in handler selector: echo, llm, reimbursement, or any custom name resolved by the host binary.

llm: Option<LlmHandlerConfig>

Options for the generic LLM-driven handler (type = "llm").
