Fields

max_retries: u32

Maximum number of retries (default: 3)

base_delay_ms: u64

Base delay for exponential backoff in ms (default: 100)

max_delay_ms: u64

Maximum delay in ms (default: 10000)

jitter: f64

Jitter factor (0.0-1.0, default: 0.5)
