Port of par_pline from Src/parse.c:894 — C decl par_pline(int *cmplx). Rust fn par_pipe_wordcode is the wordcode-emitting variant; named par_pipe_wordcode because the AST par_pline (parse.rs:1183) already owns the C name. pline : cmd [ ( BAR | BARAMP ) { SEPER } pline ]. Emits a WCB_PIPE header (mid for chain links, end for the last cmd) plus the optional BARAMP 2>&1 synthetic redir. (Named par_pipe_wordcode to disambiguate from the AST par_pline at parse.rs:1183 — semantically the same pline production.)
