Port of int nohistsave; from Src/exec.c:122. When non-zero, the history file is not saved on exec (c:4324/c:4340), on shell exit (builtin.c:6014) or by saveandpophiststack (hist.c:3960). Set to 1 by setupvals (init.c:1332) and cleared once the startup files have run (init.c:1550).
