No function of this name exists in Src/exec.c. This helper stands in for
installing the process-lifetime fusevm executor that execode
(exec.rs:8413) runs programs on. C has no analogue: its interpreter state
is the estate built per call in execode (c:1245).
Register the persistent session executor used by execode for the
interactive loop() REPL. The pointer must outlive the session (the
bin keeps the executor alive until zsh_main exits the process).
