No function of this name exists in Src/exec.c. This helper stands in for
reading an array parameter through the live fusevm executor, falling back
to params::getaparam. C reads paramtab directly wherever it needs
this.
Array param value via the live executor; falls back to the direct
param table (params::getaparam) when no executor is in scope, so
compsys / unit-test environments still observe shell-side arrays.
