SHA-256 of the definition text a chunk was compiled from.
Both writers — the interactive loader and --prewarm-autoloads —
hash the string they are about to hand the compiler, so an entry is
only reused for byte-identical input. That is the whole guarantee:
no stat, no path, no assumption about where the bytes came from.
