Formats a version summary with branch, status, and number.

The fields come from the BRANCH, STATUS, and NUMBER constants in cli.rs, so they are ZFVM identifiers rather than long-form names. Parsing through the zfvm crate validates them and yields the canonical spelling, which means a bad bump.sh run shows up as a visible fallback rather than a silently mangled label.
