Container Device Interface (CDI) support.
CDI is a vendor-neutral mechanism for declaring and injecting devices
into OCI containers. ZLayer discovers CDI specs from standard locations
(/etc/cdi/, /var/run/cdi/) and applies them to container specs
as an alternative to manual device passthrough.
