The value of a DHEADER for members that occupy span octets.
XTypes 1.3 §7.4.3.4.1: “O.ssize is constrained to being smaller than
4 Giga Bytes”, because a DHEADER is a UInt32.

WireError::OutOfRange naming the offset of the DHEADER, for a span
of 4 GiB or more.
