either table; None for an identifier of neither (XML included, which
has no encoding of the kind Encoding names).
DDS-XTypes 1.3 Table 39 and Table 60 name the same six forms of version 2 by different identifiers; a reader that takes only one of the tables drops a sample the other table’s writers send.
