Crate zerodds_monitor_cli 

zerodds-monitor-cli library — argument parsing for the zerodds-monitor Binary.

Crate zerodds-monitor-cli. Safety classification: COMFORT. User-facing Monitoring-CLI; backend lives in zerodds-monitor.

The tool uses the backend in crates/monitor/ (published as zerodds-monitor). The separation between tool and backend crate is needed so both consumers (library user and CLI user) resolve unambiguously.
