The Rust declarations and runnable binding every interface of ast produces, each paired with the module it belongs in so a caller can fold it into the same tree crate::adapter::cst::nest_by_module builds for everything else.

§Errors

RustInterfaceError — the interface did not reach the seam, a referenced type has no Rust spelling, or a field’s codec could not be built. Never a dropped operation, parameter, attribute or raised exception.
