java_interface_items for the given service mapping.

ServiceMapping::Enhanced writes the topic types of DDS-RPC 1.0 §7.5.1.2 — the @Choice @Autoid Request and Reply holders and the In, Out and Result holders — and the interface types that do not depend on the shape of the topic types; the Basic mapping’s Call union, its codec and its function-call classes are not written.
