The class every generated service nests inside.
ZdTypes holds the data types; this holds the services. Two outer
classes and not one, because they are two generated artefacts: a
model with no interface in it produces no service file at all, and
a ZdTypes that sometimes carried services and sometimes did not
would be a class whose shape depended on what else was in the IDL.
