The C++ declarations every interface of ast produces.
The list is module-nested, exactly as crate::adapter::cpp::cpp_items
returns its own, so a caller appends the two and renders one file.
§Errors
BindingError — the interface did not reach the seam, or a type in
it has no C++ spelling. Never a dropped operation.
