Expand description

The defaulters decls call, and exactly those.

The C column’s crate::default_c::c_defaulters_called_by reads its set off the emitted calls rather than deriving it a second time from the model, and the reason it gives applies here unchanged: a derivation beside the decoder’s is a second reading of §7.2.2.7, and the two drift. That file records the drift it had — a bounded collection defaults itself when the stream overruns its bound, and the derivation that seeded from the members which can go missing did not know it, so six corpus families called a function nothing declared.

The other half of the contract is the same too: the C++ probe is compiled with -Wall -Wextra -Werror, where a static function with no caller is an error, and a set taken from the calls has none by construction.

§Errors

EncodeError for a construct with no C++ default.
