The entry class of the map class class (ZdMap<bound>_<key>_<value>, the
bound being absent or _b<digits> or _bx): ZdEntry_<key>_<value>.
The inverse of how map_class_name and map_entry_name build the
two names, for a caller that has the class and not the model. A key type
named like a bound (b5) cannot be told apart from one; the bound is
taken off only when a key and a value remain.
