Determine whether this session qualifies for a wrap.

Two conditions, both must hold:

  1. Duration ≥ MIN_WRAP_DURATION (§9.1 “session exit >2h”).
  2. At least one prompt event was captured. A 2-hour idle session with zero input is not worth a wrap — the operator never actually operated.
