HUB_SCOPE: Hub’s own service ID; adding it to the scope lets yt manage its refresh tokens.

issued_refresh_token: Finds the Hub and the refresh token of the sign-in made at created; needs a revocable sign-in.

preflight: Sends the authorize request without following redirects, so a rejected request fails here with Hub’s reason; Hub’s own error page can fail to render.
