Inter-mod communication proc-macros.
Marks a function for inter-mod export. Generates a C-ABI wrapper plus a
ctor constructor that self-registers into yog_api’s auto-export
registry — export_mod! picks it up automatically, no manual
registry.interop().export(...) call needed.
