pub fn fresh(entry: &Entry, locked: &Locked) -> bool

Whether locked still records what manifest entry asks for: the same source kind, location and subpath, the same git rev, and an npm version within the entry’s range. A range that is a dist-tag, or none, keeps any locked version. Capabilities, events and filters never make an entry stale.
