Module bug_report 

Bug reports for /bug: what a report holds, its redaction, the zip archive, the summary the current model writes and the GitHub issue.

A port of core/bug-report.ts in pi v1.0.0. pi uploads the report to its own service. yapi always writes the zip and can post a public issue with the GitHub CLI.

Files a public issue on REPO with the GitHub CLI at program, passing body through body_file, and returns the issue’s URL. Blocks while gh runs.

Whether the GitHub CLI at program can file an issue: not offline, installed and signed in. Blocks while gh auth status runs.
