AWS credentials, request signing and event streams for Amazon Bedrock.
The credential chain ports the AWS SDK for JavaScript v3’s
defaultProvider, which pi v1.0.0’s Bedrock provider uses: environment
keys, the shared config and credentials files (static keys, assumed
roles, web identity, credential_process and IAM Identity Center), a web
identity token file, then container or instance metadata.
Modules§

- The
application/vnd.amazon.eventstreamframing of AWS streaming responses: length-prefixed messages with typed headers and CRC32 checksums, as@smithy/eventstream-codecreads them. - ini
- The shared AWS
configandcredentialsfiles, read as@smithy/shared-ini-file-loaderreads them. - sigv4
- AWS Signature Version 4 for JSON requests, as
@smithy/signature-v4signs them for services other than S3.
Structs§
- AwsEnv
- The environment the credential chain reads: the request’s provider settings over the process environment.
