The step’s argv points its own toolchain at this (mesofact-musl exports
CARGO_TARGET_DIR="$YAH_CACHE_DIR/target"), the same way it does the
source-context fetch — the mount is toolchain-agnostic and the TOML
keeps describing what actually runs.
