The steam ended earlier than we expected.

Should only appear on invalid input data. Errors in a valid XML should be handled by errors below.

An invalid/unexpected character in the stream.

InvalidReference

An invalid reference.

InvalidExternalID

An invalid ExternalID in DTD.
