Assert that a layout matches a snapshot directory.

manifest_dir is the Cargo manifest directory used as the base for relative snapshot paths. Snapshots are stored under <snapshot-dir>/<contract-id>/<target>.txt. Use assert_abi! in tests unless a caller needs custom path resolution.
