LoggingGuard

Keeps the non-blocking usage-log worker alive for the lifetime of the process.

initialize

Install the stderr subscriber plus an optional JSONL usage-event sink.

initialize_without_usage

Install stderr logging without opening or rotating the usage sink. Offline inspection commands use this so observing logs cannot mutate them.
