pub fn recognizer_for(hint: &str) -> Box<dyn TurnRecognizer>

Build the recognizer for a hint string. Hints resolve in this order:

• generic/none/off and configurable keep their dedicated recognizers;
• auto (and unknown hints) combine the claude + codex manifests with the legacy hand-written recognizers as fallback;
• anything matching a bundled agent-manifest id or alias (claude, codex, gemini, agy, cursor, opencode, grok, copilot, …) gets that manifest, with the legacy recognizer (where one exists) backing it up when no manifest rule fires.
