Implementation of the ReadFiles tool.

This module provides the implementation for the ReadFiles tool, which is used to read and display the contents of files, optionally with line numbers and line range filtering.

ReadFileRevision

Revision receipt for one successful file read. revision is opaque to MCP callers and may be supplied to ApplyPatch as a compare-and-swap guard.

ReadFilesOutcome

Complete result of one batched read. The MCP adapter uses the per-file errors to return an honest isError: true result while retaining any successfully read content in the same response.
