Module trace 

W3C Trace Context propagation.

v0 propagates traceparent/tracestate in transfer metadata and logs the ids through tracing (master doc §58); the OpenTelemetry SDK is wired up in the observability phase. This module is the codec only: it never generates identifiers, because randomness belongs to the runtime, not to the model.
