Endpoint addressing: weida://[fingerprint@]host:port/path.
The path is an opaque identifier (master doc §4). Nothing in the core interprets its structure: no hierarchy, no wildcards, no topic semantics.
The optional fingerprint in the userinfo position names the peer expected to
answer: weida://sha256:9f86…@10.0.0.8:7443/samples is a complete
description of where to dial and whom to accept, in one string that a
discovery record, a config line or a pasted terminal line can carry.
