Amount type with 8-decimal precision for Webcash
Webcash amounts are stored as integers with 8 decimal places of precision. For example, 1.00000000 webcash is stored as 100000000.
The smallest unit is called a “wat” (equivalent to Bitcoin’s satoshi).
