Module session 

Pure producer for host-owned sessions. Compatibility is not execution authority.

This format preserves step boundaries; it neither launches a vendor nor flattens a component into a conversational prompt. A host must implement every emitted requirement.

Producer format version, independent of the IR and package versions.
