Compatibility re-export: transition effects now live in wallr-common alongside the rest of the client/daemon protocol. Existing crate::animation::Effect paths keep working unchanged.

Compatibility re-export: the config schema now lives in wallr-common so the client can resolve sockets and flags without the engine. Existing crate::config::... paths keep working unchanged.
