Session ids whose stores are retention-pinned against ordinary eviction.
Companion to session_retention_pinned: a blocked session pins its store
so ordinary retention cannot erase its evidence. Callers pruning other
session-derived data (e.g. legacy history envelopes) must exclude these ids
or they would erase through a different path what the pin protects.
